All information that is collected by Apex Motorsports of Tempe is kept strictly confidential. No information will be distributed to any company or individual for any reason. All information collected is to insure that your order is processed and shipped in the quickest manner.

Orders via credit card must be shipped to the same billing address as the credit card used to make the purchase.

All shipping is done via UPS. If an item is in stock it will ship the next business day. All shipping charges will be calculated in real time and added to total price of item or items purchased. In the event of damaged product from shipping, all claim must be made with in 24 hour after receiving the product. Please allow 1-2 weeks for out of stock items. If an item is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. All orders are subject to a $3.00 processing fee which will be added to your order on Apex Motorsports' online store.

Shipments to Canada are subject to Credit Card verification via the issuing bank. In some instances PAYPAL payment or wire transfer maybe requested.

Returns: In the event that a purchase must be returned, buyer must have receipt for items and returns must be made within 10 days of invoice date. All returns must be in original manufacturers carton in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to inspect all items to be returned before credit will be issued. All products that are approved by Apex Motorsports of Tempe for return are for store credit only. No returns on wheels and tires, electrical or mechanical parts that have been installed, and/or custom order, specialty manufactured goods, Special order item that are not normally in stock. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) from Apex Motorsports of Tempe. All shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise must be pre-paid. There is a 20% restocking fee on cancelled orders that have already been processed.
